Did a 1/2 hour private tonight working on my northern BB form with another person acting as an attacker. It helped visualize how the form is suppose to be done. The 60 minute karate class was working on deploying various counter-strikes after doing an 8-pt block. It worked up in progression on how many strikes were to be done.
