Monday, August 17, 2009 This evening we did some redirect exercises. Partnering up, the person would punch and kick and I had to redirect the attack using the attackers body momentum.

Striking Combinations

Monday, August 10, 2009 After warm-ups we did a few kata’s such as pinan 1, kata 2, Stature and Han Suki. Then we partnered up to do some basic hand strikes and kicks which progressed to doing 4-6 striking combinations. Overall it was a good workout
